KODO is a customer feedback application designed to capture customer's comments at the point of retail experience. Only select areas of the world have participating brands with more added every week. The application is designed to allow you to rate service experiences in such a way that can be analysed and acted on by the service provider. Survey availability is based on the location of the device relative to the store locations.
The surveys are short and easy to answer, often include an incentive such as a free product or upgrade with your next purchase.
The provision of personal information is optional. A unique ID is generated at installation time and used to determine if a survey has already been taken and track the status of reward redemption.
